Amy Adams, CEO of AJA Marketing LLC., was recently featured on Go Solo as part of their ongoing Entrepreneur Stories series.
In the interview, Adams discussed her biggest accomplishments and toughest challenges as a business owner and related specific challenges presented by the pandemic.
She also spoke to the importance of knowing what you can and cannot control as a business owner. Being proactive and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice are also essential skills for any entrepreneur.
She continued, “The path of a small business owner is not always an easy journey, and I’m proud of the foundation I’ve set in my business. Being able to navigate massive change at warped speed, whether it be delivering virtual events instead of live events, or leading crisis committee calls in between home-schooling children during the pandemic, I’ve grown immensely over the past few years.”
